1. Return Request
1.1 Your Basic Return Rights
90-Day Returns. We offer a full refund for items that remain unused and in their original packaging.

1.2 Taisoto Safety Razor Special Experience Program
We believe that shaving requires time and interaction with your skin. To help you fully experience the compatibility of the razor with your skin, we offer exclusive protection:
Deep Experience Right (90-Day Trial Period)
If you have opened and used the razor itself, you still enjoy a 90-day trial return right. Normal signs of use (e.g., minor scratches on the handle) are acceptable, provided the following conditions are met:
-The main body remains intact (no drops/dents/deformation)
-All accessories are included (top cap, base plate, stand, etc.)
Note: Applies only to tools that can be disinfected. (e.g., razors).
1.3 Fair Use Policy
1.3.1 Trial frequency limit: Each customer may exercise the “90-day Deep Experience Right” once only.
1.3.2 Missing parts will be deducted from refunds.
1.3.3 Customized items are excluded from extended returns.
1.4 Health & Safety
All consumable items that come into direct contact with the skin (e.g., shaving cream, replacement blades, shaving brushes) are considered non-returnable once opened, in line with global hygiene and safety standards.

2. Refund Process
2.1 Refund Policy
To return your product, email our customer service team at【service@taisoto.com】.
Once your return is approved and we receive the product, we will issue a full refund via your original payment method within 10 business days—with no refund fees.
Important Notes:
You must return the product to receive a refund. Refunds are processed only after inspection (checking for normal signs of use).
2.2 You have 10 business days after approval to ship the return. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns—no refund will be issued in such cases.
Return shipping costs are covered by you, except for manufacturing defects (we cover return shipping in those cases).

2.4 Delayed or Missing Refunds?

3. Non-refundable Items
In certain cases, refunds may be denied or partially granted (where applicable).
