1. Return Request

1.1 Your Basic Return Rights

14-Day (336-Hour) Returns. We offer a full refund for items that remain unused and in their original packaging.

Regional Compliance: Terms may vary by country (e.g., EU, UK, Australia). We always follow local consumer laws as the minimum standard.

 

1.2 Taisoto Safety Razor Special Experience Program

We believe that shaving requires time and interaction with your skin. To help you fully experience the compatibility of the razor with your skin, we offer two levels of exclusive protection:

1.2.1 Unopened Privilege (90-Day Return Window)

If the seal or tamper label is intact, you may return the product within 90 days. This is ideal for gifting or international purchases.

1.2.2 Deep Experience Right (30-Day Trial Period)

If you have opened and used the razor itself, you still enjoy a 30-day trial return right. Normal signs of use (e.g., minor scratches on the handle) are acceptable, provided the following conditions are met:

-The main body remains intact (no drops/dents/deformation)

-All accessories are included (top cap, base plate, stand, etc.)

Note: Applies only to tools that can be disinfected. (e.g., razors).

 

1.3 Health & Safety

All consumable items that come into direct contact with the skin (e.g., shaving cream, replacement blades, shaving brushes) are considered non-returnable once opened, in line with global hygiene and safety standards.

 

1.4 Fair Use Policy

1.4.1 Trial frequency limit: Each customer may exercise the “30-day Deep Experience Right” once only.

1.4.2 Missing parts will be deducted from refunds.

1.4.3 Customized items are excluded from extended returns.

2. Refund Process

 

2.1 Refund Policy

To return your product, email our customer service team at【service@taisoto.com】.

Once your return is approved and we receive the product, we will issue a full refund via your original payment method within 10 business days—with no refund fees.

Important Notes:

You must return the product to receive a refund. Refunds are processed only after inspection (checking for normal signs of use).

 

2.2 You have 10 business days after approval to ship the return. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns—no refund will be issued in such cases.

Return shipping costs are covered by you, except for manufacturing defects (we cover return shipping in those cases).

2.4 Delayed or Missing Refunds?

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

✓Check your bank account again (some banks take time to process).

✓Contact your credit card company (refunds may take time to post).

✓Reach out to your bank if needed.

3. Non-refundable Items

 

In certain cases, refunds may be denied or partially granted (where applicable).

3.1 Unauthorized returns (without prior approval from our customer service team)

3.2 Items damaged due to misuse

3.4 Purchases from distributors or retailers

3.5 Returns after 30/90 days (depending on program)

3.6 Damage from harsh chemicals or dishwasher cleaning

 

4. Special Notes

4.1 For non-quality-related returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping.

4.2 Repeated abuse of the return policy may lead to service refusal.

4.3 Buyers are advised to use traceable logistics; return risks are borne by the customer.

Warranty and After-sales Service Policy

1. Exchange Policy

At Taisoto, our commitment is to provide you with razors that are safe, durable, and precision-crafted. We understand how frustrating it can be to receive a defective product, so we offer a 1-year warranty: a free replacement if your razor has a manufacturing defect that prevents normal use.

 

2. Warranty Exclusions

2.1 User-caused damage:
✓ Drops, impacts, dents
✓ Improper cleaning
✓ Use of non-original/incompatible blades
✓ Overloading beyond product limits
2.2 Natural wear & tear:
✓ Fading/discoloration of coatings/plating
✓ Scratches, rust from moisture exposure
2.3 Consumables: Razor blades are considered normal wear items and are not covered under warranty or exchange.
Liability & Costs:
We cover defective replacements (including return & reshipping costs).
You cover non-warranty cases (damage, rust, wear). Replacement parts must be purchased separately.

 

3. After-sales Procedure

If your razor has a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, please follow these steps:

Submit an Exchange Request. Email us at【service@taisoto.com】with:
✓ Order date & order number
✓ Detailed description of the defect
✓ 3 photos (Full razor、Close-up of defect, serial number label)

We’ll reply within 1-3 business days. If confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we’ll arrange a free replacement. 

 

4. Special Notes

4.1 Warranty rights are limited to the original purchaser and are non-transferable.

4.2 In case of damage during transportation, please contact after-sales within 48 hours of receipt, providing photos of the packaging and damage evidence. Late notification is regarded as acceptance of the product in good condition.

4.3 If there is an update to the service policy, the announcement on the official website shall prevail.
